1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or purchasing any product on longevitydoc.ch or my.longevitydoc.ch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms form a binding contract between you and LongevityDoc GmbH, Weingartenstrasse 10, 8803 Rüschlikon, Switzerland ("LongevityDoc", "we", "us").
2. Our services
LongevityDoc provides the following products:
- Biological Age Test — AI-powered analysis of blood biomarkers to estimate biological age and generate a personalised health report.
- Mind Age Test — AI-powered cognitive assessment to estimate mind age and generate a personalised report.
- Online Consultation — a 30-minute video session with a longevity specialist.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using LongevityDoc you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our services are available in Switzerland and other countries where we are permitted to operate. We do not offer our services where prohibited by applicable law.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@longevitydoc.ch if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information.
5. Payment and refunds
Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.
Refunds
All test purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the purchase is final — whether or not you proceed to upload your data or complete the test.
For consultations, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
6. Medical disclaimer
The Biological Age Test and Mind Age Test are informational tools. The AI-generated scores are statistical estimates based on the data you provide — they are not a clinical assessment, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical advice. They are designed to give you meaningful input to bring into a real medical conversation.
If you want a qualified medical assessment and personalised advice based on your results, that is what our Online Consultation with a longevity specialist is for.
Do not make changes to medication or treatment based solely on your test results. Always involve a qualified healthcare professional in any medical decision.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
7. Intellectual property
Your reports
The personalised health report generated for you belongs to you. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Our platform
All other content on LongevityDoc — including the website, software, design, algorithms, and brand — is owned by LongevityDoc GmbH and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fabricated, or another person's health data.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our platform.
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Resell or commercially exploit your report or any part of our service without authorisation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, LongevityDoc GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on your test results.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time using the self-service option in your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
